ISEE Media Player is for Private and Domestic Use Only. For commercial or public use, customers must apply for the relevant karaoke licenses from certain companies and agents.
Our customers, such as RedMR, Aberdeen Marina Club, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Shangri-La Hotel, and Hong Kong Country Club, have all applied for the copyright licenses.

For commercial or public use, three types of licenses are needed:
1. Public Performance License
2. Karaoke Server License
3. Public Performance of Sound Recordings and/or Music Videos License

These licenses are divided into two categories:
A) Composers' and Lyricists' Copyright
B) Record Companies' Copyright

You need to simultaneously apply for:
- Composers' and Lyricists' Copyright (Public Performance License and Server License, managed by HKRIA and CASH)
- Record Companies' Copyright (Public Performance License managed by PPSEAL (IFPI); Server License managed by PPSEAL (IFPI) and major record companies)
